It’s our most-requested resource and features salaries of Ohio foundation CEOs, program officers and administrative assistants for Ohio, the Midwest and the U.S. by type of foundation. Philanthropy Ohio collected data on salary and benefits at member organizations in mid-2019 in association with the Council on Foundations.

Troy Foundation helps establish the Troy Reinvestment Fund

The new Troy Reinvestment Fund will assist businesses and organizations by providing gap funding loans and loan guarantees to preserve and enhance the community’s economic vitality, and Troy Foundation will provide $1 million in initial funding.

“The Troy Foundation is excited about our commitment to provide the seed money for the Troy Reinvestment Fund. The Fund will be a great asset to the community and will help promote economic vitality and revitalization of the city,” said Melissa Kleptz, executive director of the Troy Foundation.

Similar funds are being established across the state and country to revitalize communities through the redevelopment and repurposing of vacant buildings in the communities of Piqua, Springfield, Dayton and Hamilton.
